Watching: "Fear of the dark" by Within Temptation

Sorry guys that I haven't been here for a long time, I finally got my main account up running again. Plus; I have a new horse to take care of. My sister has an 30 year old mare (she's as alert as she would be 20! She can ride any ground and can even run away from some horses) named Loella and she's still has her as foodhost for Loella, but the owner called us one day and asked us if we wanted to be foodhosts for Loella's son, she wanted them to stand with each other till the day Loella dies, plus she knows we would love him as much we love Loella. (and Sundance aka Sunny boy, let's not forget my sweet prince. >;3 )
Well, we went one day to a place there we would meet up the former foodhosts half the way to their home. When they came with the horse I couldn't believe my eyes, he looked like Loella but younger and fatter! I have never seen such a fat fjording in my entire life.
They told us that his name was Dacke (After a rebellion farmer who was named Nils Dacke) and that they haven't riden him for a whole year. (Who wouldn't want a life that you just have to sleep and eat. Not me, too boring. XP ) We took him to the stables and when he saw that Sunny was standing next to Loella almost shouting; "MY MOMMY! KEEP AWAY FROM HER!", (my god I can still see that) he looked like he thought; "By God, ma'. Who have you dated lately?! What a huge halfbrother!" Sunny is 1,70 cm and Loella is 1,40 cm, so start laughing.
But Sunny and Dacke bonded really quickly and nowdays when they sence something that scares them Sunny leads his "fjordingar" to safethy. Really fun to watch.
But so, Dacke is my new projekt and I have started all over from scratch like I did with Sunny. Sunny has become a very agile and strong horse now that can focus on his work without even glancing towards trucks, car or barking dogs, so I can focus some on Dacke these first months and we will see if we will buy him along wiht his mum. I discovered he was somewhat stubborn at the beggining, but later on when he learned to know you he became a really nice horse. I have trained many hours (20-30 minut training in the morning and than in the afternoon) from all the time from the ground even that he's 16 and can be riden. His hooves was chaos itself so he couldn't have me on his back for many weeks, but it didn't make a diffrence. He lost weight and becomes more agile and can do one task that makes his back more agile, even that I sat on his back. I nowdays train him also to walk and trott with balance with a rider on hsi back. Note this; I stand next to him with a so called kapson on him and my sister sitting on his back on a sadle that can be worn by any horse and while my sister (without stirrups, note. >:3 ) sits on practice with her balance while I ask him to serch his head down and forward, making his inner back hinleg serch for the balance point just right under the rider is in walking and than for in trotting. He's a natural talent to trot good that you can just sit back and enjoy the ride. It's a good way to practice with Dacke with this so he can be able to lift his backbone so he carries his ride. It still a long way and I triáined my Sundance for a half of a year in walking and only now we can do our excersie in trotting and going upwards towards gallop. But I have the spirit to take that time.

I'm sorry I haven't comment on some of the masterpieces I have seen, I will catch up the comments as soon as possible and I have to photo my horses more. *grin*
